Monsanto - Sr. Support Specialist

Job Description:

1) Working knowledge of software deployment, training, user adoption, user support,  troubleshooting, issue tracking and software documentation.
2) Experience with agricultural research and/or business
3) Working knowledge of computers and databases is desirable.

Candidate Profile:

1) A doctoral degree in Agriculture, biotechnology or bio engineering, with particular interest in the areas of Agronomy, Plant Genetics and Plant Breeding.
2) Candidate should have excellent written English skills
3) The candidate must be PC proficient
4) Candidate should have strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
5) The candidate must be a self starter and be able to work alone or as part of a team.
