Monsanto - Test Lead

Job Discription:

1) Needs to fully understand the software development life cycle
2) Must have a minimum of 4 to 8 years experience as a manual tester in an IT testing organization along with 1 to 2 years of technical leadership experience is essential
3) Must possess solid SQL skills

Candidate Profile:

1) BS in Computer Science or equivalent. Work and/or educational experience in biology, biotechnology, plant sciences, chemistry, breeding or breeding data systems is highly desired.
2) Must have strong organizational skills, written and oral communication and problem solving skills
3) Should be result oriented, innovative, and have proven leadership and organizational ability.
4) Mentor team members to ensure team is equipped with all skills needed to succeed
