Monsanto - Support Specialist
Job Description:
1) Working knowledge of software deployment, training, user adoption, user support, troubleshooting, issue tracking and software documentation.
2) Experience with agricultural research and/or business
3) Strong working knowledge of Excel, Access and other Microsoft software is highly desirable.L procedures.
Candidate Profile:
1) BS in Computer Science, Biology, Agronomy, Plant Sciences, or Chemistry and/or comparable work experience in Agriculture or Biotechnology   required.
2) MS or PhD in Biology or Plant Sciences highly desired.
3) The candidate must be PC proficient
4) Candidate should have strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and problem   solving skills.
5) The candidate must be a self starter and be able to work alone or as part of a team.
