Candidate Profile:

1) MS in Plant Breeding and Genetics or related field with 3 - 5 years plant breeding experience.

2) should have a strong background in plant breeding, genetics or agronomy background, field plot technique and statistical analysis.

3) Experience in corn breeding is preferred.

4) Proficiency with database applications, spreadsheet software, experimental design, and statistics are required.

5) Should be result oriented, innovative, and have proven leadership and organizational ability.
