1) Manage all company websites/portals, handling day to day problems on web servers, monitoring and fixing up web traffic, handling SQL queries, identifying web phishers and hackers etc.

2) Develop new websites/portals in conjunction with core marketing and graphic teams. Transform creative designs into technical reality.

3) Publish information to the Web, when requested and ensuring all business units web pages follow International web standards, policies and procedures.

4) Monitoring local web utilization and the business unit website for compliance to standards and removing inaccurate or outdated information from business unit’s web site.

5) Maintain accuracy and consistency of web content to maximize repeat site usage.

6) Promoting use of Web to automate business functions, workload reduction, etc.

7) Generate and submit accurate web traffic and search reports as requested by different business units/ department heads.

8) Identify trends & patterns and prepare web/campaigns reports for senior audience.

9) Come up with strategies for improving the volume and quality of traffic to a websites from search engines(Search engine optimization).

10) Providing advice to web page owners regarding the use of web standards, tools, templates, utilities, etc., training them on standard web tools and techniques and assisting them with web related questions or issues.

11) Communicate business and technical requirements to the IT department and communicating new information regarding web initiatives to others within the Business Units.

12) Execute e-mail campaign as planned by the Program Manager.
