Job Description:

1) Should have experience in Quality seed production of PS3 and PS4 hybrids as per the targets.
2) Quality seed production of parental lines as per the targets. 
3) Should take responsibility for timely supply of quality seed to breeders. 
4) Should provide support to off season seed multiplication.
5) Comply with metrics for MIDAS set finishing and nomenclature, SOPs, QMS policies, CR protocols, overall Check strategy and technology implementation.
6) Proactive participation and effective communication of results and analysis to the Cotton breeding group.
Candidate Profile:

1) M.Sc. with 2-3 experience in Genetics and Plant Breeding or B.Sc. (Agriculture) with 4-6 years experience.
2) Must have Functional proficiency skills, Results orientation, Team orientation, Communication,  Problem solving and decisiveness.
