1) Maintenance & cryopreservation of animal cell lines.
2) Plant tissue culture.
3) Cloning, subcloning and expression of genes in prokaryotes.
4) Analytical techniques like AGE, SDS-PAGE, 2D-Gel electrophoresis, southern blotting.
5) Chromatographic techniques like gel permeation, ion exchange and affinity chromatography.
6) Immunotechniques like ELISA, Dotblot, Western blotting etc.
7) Biomolecular techniques like PCR, cell cycle analysis by flow cytometer,LC-MS.

Candidate Profile:

1) M.Sc with 2-4 years experience in relevant field.
