Job Description:
1) Should have IP experience of 15+ yrs especially in handling formulations particularly – steriles and other dosage forms.
2) Responsible for portfolio analysis and management.
3) Responsible for patent drafting strategies, including patentability criteria.
4) Interact with national and international IPR firms for filing Technology Landscape analysis.
7) Patent prosecution, litigation support, patent opposition.
8) Dealing patent issues in regulated markets.
Candidate Profile:
1) Masters with Post Graduate Diploma in Patent Law & Practice.
2) Should have an overall experience of 15+ years in related field in a corporate organization.
