Job Description:

1) Should handle all molecular Biology Techniques Like PCR,Southern Blotting ,Western Blotting etc.
2) Purify recombinant proteins from bacterial,yeast and mammalian systems.
3) Should have excellent knowledge in Molecular biology techniques.
4) Monitor safe working practices.

Candidate Profile:

1) PhD in Molecular Biology or related field, with minimum 2-3 years of industrial experience.
2) Skill & Knowledge required:  Molecular biology (as related to cloning, mutagenesis & library construction, Western blots, Immunoprecipitation).
3) Extensive experience in mammalian expression systems and cell lines, all aspects of cell-based assay development & methods for ligand screenings.
