Job Description:

1) Should handle all molecular Biology Techniques Like PCR,Southern Blotting ,Western Blotting etc.
2) Should manage cDNA library construction for various organisms.
3) Should have excellent knowledge in Molecular biology techniques.
4) Monitor safe working practices.

Candidate Profile:

1) M. Sc with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in molecular biology and allied areas.
2) Demonstrated molecular biological skills with nucleic acids including PCR, DNA & RNA purification, Southern and Northern hybridization.
3) Experience in cDNA library construction.
