Job Description:

1) To lead and drive the overall operations of our R&D Centre to meet the Company’s objectives.
2) To organize the planning and execution of activities of the different departments under his responsibility (development, QA and operations).
3) To oversee and guide our employees to work effectively in compliance with Company’s rules, quality policies and safety regulations.
4) To develop and implement processes and procedures for the R&D Centre.
5) To administer and control performance measures of the resources and facilities.
6) To produce annual budget and monitor costs/expenses against budget.
7) To provide opportunities for skills development to ensure staff are trained and are continuously improving.
8) To communicate and help resolve issues or problems that have interdepartmental or site level impacts.
9) To contribute towards the new development and industrial projects of the Company.

Candidate Profile:

1) Pharm D or Ph.D  in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or related field.
2) Possess strong Technical, Administrative, and Managerial skills.
3) Male, aged between 40-50 years old
4) 10 years management experience in a vaccine company in R&D, project management or production with at least 5 years in a position similar to Plant or Site Director
5) Experience in cGMP and quality systems will be essential
6) Able to work in Thailand and travelling abroad.
