Job Description:

1) Design and validation of standardized protocols for the protein cloning and production.
2) Purify recombinant proteins from bacterial and mammalian systems.
3) Biochemical characterization of protein-ligand interactions by in-vivo and/or in-vitro studies.
4) Should Closely collaborate with scientists within intra/inter-departments.

Candidate Profile:

1) PhD in Molecular Biology or related field, with minimum 2-3 years of industrial/postdoctoral experience.
2) Skill & Knowledge required:  Molecular biology (as related to cloning, mutagenesis & library construction, Western blots, Immunoprecipitation, and pull-down assay).
3) Extensive experience in mammalian expression systems and cell lines, all aspects of cell-based assay development & methods for ligand screenings.
