Job Description:

Responsibility:

1) Should contribute on all aspects of material sciences to the technology team during the process development.
2) Should take lead to undertake corrosion analysis of specific materials & assist the team in the selection of the material of construction of various equipments.

Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated:

1) Should have worked in large technological development teams & demonstrated skill sets in the area of material science & technology.
2) Should have project management skills.

Candidate Profile:

1) Post Graduate in Metallurgical  Engineering with minimum 6-8 years or PhD (Metallurgy) with minimum 2 to 3 years of industrial research experience.
2) Should have in-depth knowledge of material sciences.
3) Should work in a multi-disciplinary environment across various technology domains, work efficiently & effectively and possess the ability to deliver on commitments on time & within the budget.
4) Should demonstrate openness to new ideas and is expected to generate commercializable ideas for new products & processes.
5) Should possess the ability to coordinate & lead projects & programs through a structured stage-gate process.
6) Should possess the personal attributes of integrity & scientific creativity.
